Shipping & Delivery
So you’ve done your shopping - maybe you picked up one of our latest additions to the Blue Beach Originals range or maybe you decided you needed to update your sunglasses collection - but now you're wondering just how long will it be till you can rock your new buys? Please check out the sections below to give you a better idea of how long shipping will take to your location.Here are a few things to consider while you wait for your order:
- We ship on business days, that means Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays.
- We want you to receive your order as soon as possible. This means in some circumstances where you have ordered more than one item, Blue Beach will ship your products seperately so they can arrive at your doorstep as quickly as possible.
- Shipping starts from the date you received the “Your Order Has Shipped!” email. Generally speaking, you should receive your order within 14 days of receiving this email
- The estimate above does not include handling time - in most circumstances we need 1-3 business days to make sure your order is everything you hoped it would be.
Blue Beach is a global business - we work with production and shipping partners all over the world to get our products to your doorstep, wherever that may be. Although the vast majority of our customers will get their orders within 14 days of shipment, actual timeframes may vary from region to region.
Once you’ve clicked through to Blue Beach's secure checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page. Although, if your purchase is above $99 you will be eligible for Blue Beach's free standard shipping.
We rely on a global network of shipping partners (UPS, FedEx, DHL, EMS) as well as local postal services (Australia Post, USPS) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. For this reason, tracking is not always available. If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details will be included on your orders page as well as on the shipping email we send you. We are aware that there are currently delays in the various regional shipping networks due to COVID-19.
